SHORT FILM

Roles: Director, Co-Producer, Editor

This is the third project I completed for my Sophomore Digital Film Production Class with Logan Pope. I wrote, directed and co-edited this film.

This was the first project I ever shot inside someone else’s home. I had a friend who graciously let me use his home for the filming. As he left me responsible, I had to make sure that the crew was respectful of the place we were in and keep it orderly.

In preproduction, I devised a shot checklist to ensure every action and line was recorded. This proved to be very effective and efficient.

With editing, I focused on creating a darker, more contrasted look as I felt this better fit the mood of the story.
